On Base and Build plans, you'll get a heads-up when you're approaching your limit. If you hit it, you can upgrade to the next plan for the remainder of that billing period, then drop back down next month if you like. No automatic overage charges. Every lead sends two texts: the lead notification to you, and a confirmation to the visitor. Both count toward your monthly SMS allowance.
Two texts go out immediately: one to you with the visitor's name, number, and message, telling you to call or text them back; one to them, a confirmation naming your business so they know it went through.
